Important Policies and Safety Information
BOOKING + APPOINTMENT PREP
Appointment required.
You will receive a text and email confirmation at the point of booking.
You will receive a text and email reminder 72 and 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please do prior to 24 hours in advance as to not violate our cancellation policy.
Please be sure to read our contraindications prior to booking to ensure no conflicting medical conditions are present. Please completethe medical intake form PRIOR to your appointment to help us provide you with the best service.
Laser Hair Removal Clients - Please shave the area to be treated the night before your service. Clients should plan to avoid sun exposure for at least 2 weeks before and after your appointment. Please avoid lotion or deodorant in the areas to be treated and we kindly ask you to arrive freshly showered. Failure to do so will result in us having to reschedule and you will be responsible for the full cost of service.
Facial Clients - please discontinue retinol or active ingredients at least 3 days prior to your appointment.
ARRIVAL
Upon arrival, please check in with concierge and make yourself comfortable in the waiting area. When we are ready for you, you will be sent up to studio.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
A credit card is required at time of booking to reserve your appointment and will not be charged until the time of your service.
Should you need to reschedule please do so online via your reminder notifications.
Failure to show, and/or any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of the full cost of service(s).
COVID 19 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Your health and safety is our #1 priority.
While we do not require proof of vaccination to receive our services, we ask that you kindly wear a mask at all times inside the building. Once we are ready to start your treatment, we will instruct you to remove your mask.
If you are feeling ill in any way, or have been exposed to anyone with Covid 19, please call or email the studio and let us know as soon as you can and we can schedule a future appointment.
We wear a mask at all times during services and are tested weekly for Covid 19. Our studio also features air purification systems and is thoroughly disinfected prior to each client.
A clean mask will be provided after your facial service.
