Client Preparation

FACIAL AND BODY TREATMENTS

- Fill out your medical intake forms prior to each appointment. They can be found in your booking confirmation.

- Ensure you have had no Botox within 2 weeks or filler within 4 weeks prior to your appointment.

- If you are pregnant, please ensure you are past your first trimester.

- Discontinue the use of manual or chemical exfoliants, retinols and prescription topical medications at least 5 days prior to your appointment unless otherwise specified.

- Any excessive sun exposure, unhealed surgical procedures, injuries, open wounds, active cold sores/HSV are contraindicated and we will not be able to treat you until healed.

- Failure to comply with the above will result in your service needing to be rescheduled. This is treated as a late reschedule and will be charged for the full cost of service. See full cancellation policy below.

 

LASER HAIR REMOVAL

- Fill out your medical intake forms prior to each appointment. They can be found in your booking confirmation.

- Areas to be treated must be shaved thoroughly prior to your service.

- Sun exposure must be avoided for at least 2 weeks prior to AND following your appointment.

- Avoid excessive sweating/moisture/heat for 24 hours following your appointment.

- Reapply approved spf brands on treated areas frequently.

- Discontinue the use of manual or chemical exfoliants, retinols and prescription topical medications at least 5 days prior to your appointment.

- Any unhealed surgical procedures, injuries, open wounds, active cold sores/HSV are contraindicated and we will not be able to treat you until healed.

Policies

We appreciate your support of our small business. So that we can best serve all our clients, please be advised of the following policies:

 

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND RESCHEDULING

At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel, reschedule or make changes to your appointment. Any cancellations, rescheduling or changes to your appointment within this time frame will be responsible for the full cost of service.

 

ARRIVAL TIME

Please aim to arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time made available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of service. Any arrivals more than 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time may need to be rescheduled to provide the best service and out of respect to our other clients. This case is treated as a late reschedule and will be charged the full cost of service.

 

APPOINTMENT PREPARATION

Failure to properly prepare for your appointment may result in your appointment needing to be altered or rescheduled. All preparation instructions are listed on our website, on our booking site and in our additional forms. If you are unsure on the proper preparation for your appointment, if is your duty to reach out to the studio for clarification.

 

REFUNDS

All services are non-refundable.

If your product is unopened, you may bring back to studio within 7 days of purchase for a credit towards your next product purchase. Any opened products are final sale. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot resell a product once it has been opened. Thank you for understanding.
