Meant to settle your belly. APRÈS, meaning after, refers to after a meal, but could also be more broadly applied to after a long day, after an upset, after a trip. The connection between gut health and skin health makes taking care of the digestive system as vital as external care when it comes to skin care. 

Licorice - A strong and cooling herb that has anti-inflammatory effects and is often used to both aid in digestion and regulate hormones

Peppermint - Studied for a variety of ailments, used in this tea because of its gentle calming, cooling, and settling qualities 

Fennel - Used across cultures to help digest after meals. 

SUGGESTED USE: 2 teaspoons per cup. Brew 5 mins. Drink 3 times a day or brew a large batch and drink throughout the day. This is also really lovely iced.
